Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a missing item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Grabana.Store@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs. If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing or fulfillment. Once packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Approved Refunds or Replacements
